Erin is a Calgary-based lawyer whose practice primarily focuses on employment law, human rights, estate planning and administration, and residential real estate transactions.

After graduating from the University of Calgary Faculty of Law, Erin articled at a regional firm in Calgary, before joining Getz Collins & Associates in 2021 as an Associate. She has appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta and has participated in mediations with the Alberta Human Rights Tribunal. Erin takes time to understand her clients’ personalities and goals in an effort to find the result they are looking for.

Prior to her career in law, she worked in the non-profit sport sector, specifically alpine skiing. Her time in sport has provided her with unique insight into tackling complex issues, managing conflict, and providing her clients with practical solutions.

Erin grew up in Canmore and loves any excuse to get back to the mountains whenever she can to bike, ski and spend time with her family. She can often be found at the mountain dog park with her french bulldog, Sergio.

Note: Erin Gellhaus is currently on maternity leave.
